Alicia Torborg

Alicia joined the Association of Migraine Disorders in 2016 as the Executive Director, responsible for the strategic growth of the organization. While her background is in finance and project management, she discovered the non-profit world through her doctor that was treating her for migraine. Working with the migraine community and maintaining strong relationships among peers, donors, industry and media is where she thrives. Since Alicia has lived with migraine for most of her life, she is often sought after as a trusted source for providing patient perspectives and industry insights. Since joining the Association of Migraine Disorders, she has raised over a million dollars in sponsorships and grants. 

Prior to her current role, she worked for Fidelity Investments as the Director of Quality and Process Improvement. She held numerous leadership positions both locally and nationally serving as a Vice President at Key Bank and Nation’s Credit.

A New York native, Alicia now lives in Rhode Island and is a wife and proud mother of two adult children. When she’s not working, she enjoys all types of outdoor activities and has competed in several triathlons.
